Package Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
